From the Katy Depot to Loy Lake.
Railroad-era homes near the depot, mid-century brick on the ridges, newer builds east toward Lake Texoma.
Denison is right next door — fastest dispatch we run.
Denison was founded in 1872 as the terminus of the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad — the MKT, known locally as the Katy. That's why the oldest homes cluster within walking distance of the Katy Depot, and why the street grid in the original townsite runs at a slight angle. Dwight D. Eisenhower was born here in 1890, two blocks off Lamar Avenue, in a small frame house that's still standing. About twelve minutes from our shop by way of US-75.
The homes near the Eisenhower Birthplace district — tight frame and brick construction, plaster walls, occasional knob-and-tube remnants — need a thoughtful retrofit approach rather than a one-size replacement. The 1940s and '50s brick bungalows on the south side are well-built and hold up well; the main consideration is ductwork routing and system sizing for rooms that are smaller than a modern floor plan. Newer development east toward the lake is a more straightforward job.
Whether you're in a 1910 home off Main, a 1960s ranch on the ridge, or a newer build by Lake Texoma, we work the same way: real diagnostic, fixed quote, and a system that runs the way it's supposed to.

Service in Denison, straight answers.
How long does it take to get to Denison from your shop?
About twelve minutes — Denison is right next door, just up US-75 from Sherman. It's the fastest dispatch route we run, and same-day service is the norm.
Are your prices the same in Denison as in Sherman?
Yes. Same diagnostic fee, same labor rates, same equipment pricing — whether you're in Sherman, Denison, or anywhere in between.
Do you work on older Denison homes (pre-1960)?
Yes — we do plenty of work on Denison's older housing stock. Older homes often need duct rework along with new equipment, and we'll tell you straight if that's what your house needs. We've seen most of the floor plans in town before.
24/7 — really?
Yes. The line at (903) 891-9154 is answered around the clock. North Texas summers and winters don't keep business hours, so neither do we.
Are you licensed and insured?
Texas Air Conditioning Contractor License TACLA19609C, fully insured. Required by Texas law and listed on every quote.
Are the older homes near the Eisenhower Birthplace district too old to retrofit for modern HVAC?
Not at all — those homes are tight and well-built, which actually works in your favor. The main considerations are ductwork routing through plaster walls and correctly sizing a modern system for the smaller room volumes. We've done plenty of them and know how to make it work without gutting the character of the house.
