How quickly can you get to my house?
Same-day for most service calls within our regular routes (Sherman, Denison, Pottsboro, Anna, Melissa, McKinney, Frisco, Prosper, Celina). Emergencies are answered around the clock at (903) 891-9154 — typically a truck within the hour.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — financing is available on system replacements and major repairs. Soft-pull pre-qualification, decision in minutes, no hidden fees. Ask us about current terms.
Which brands do you install and service?
Carrier, Trane, Goodman, and Comfortmaker — primarily. We service most other major brands as well; if you're not sure, give us a call.
What does a service call cost?
Standard diagnostic fee is the same for every customer — Sherman or Celina. We tell you the rate before we send a truck, and we apply it toward the repair if you choose to move forward.
What's the warranty on installs?
Every Alpine install carries a 10-year parts + labor warranty, in writing. Same paperwork we'd want on our own equipment.
