Two visits, six things we check every time.
A maintenance visit isn't a glance and a sticker. It's an hour of real work — and the difference between a system that runs 12 years and one that runs 18.
North Texas dust and pollen build up fast. Clean coils run cooler, draw less power, and last longer.
Charge measured, pressures verified, and any slow leak flagged before it costs a compressor.
Capacitor microfarads tested, contactors inspected, wiring tightened. The cheap parts that cause the expensive failures.
Heat exchanger inspected, ignitor and flame sensor cleaned, gas pressure verified. Safety-first checks every fall.
Drain lines cleared, pans checked, float switches tested. The thing that causes ceiling leaks if it's left alone.
Filter swapped, blower wheel inspected, return airflow checked. We bring filters on the truck.
The math on a maintenance plan is straightforward.
Maintained systems regularly hit 15–20 years. Neglected ones fail at 10–12. The plan pays for itself the first time you don't replace early.
A clean coil and proper charge can mean 10–15% less power draw. Over a Texas summer, that adds up.
A weak capacitor caught in spring is a $20 part. The same capacitor in July is a $1,500 compressor. Maintenance is the early-warning system.
When the heat dome rolls through and every HVAC company in North Texas is booked, plan members go to the front of our queue.
Most manufacturer warranties require documented annual maintenance. We keep the records — so the warranty actually works when you need it.
No after-hours surcharge for plan members, plus 15% off any repair. The bills you can predict are the ones you can plan around.
Three steps. Then we handle it.
No long-term contracts, no fine print. Enrollment is a five-minute call — and from there, the calendar is our problem, not yours.
Five-minute call to scope your system and quote the plan. No contracts, no salesperson — just the right number for your home.
We call you each spring and fall to put the visit on the calendar. You don't have to remember — we already do.
Spring tune-up before the heat, fall check before the cold. An hour of real work, written report on what we did and what's coming.
Factory-trained on the equipment we install.
The plan questions we get most.
What does a maintenance plan cost?
It depends on system size and how many systems we're maintaining. Most single-system homes land in a sensible monthly or annual range. Call us and we'll quote it in five minutes — no contracts, no salesperson.
Can I sign up if my system is older?
Yes. We'll do an honest assessment on the first visit and tell you whether maintenance makes sense or whether you're in replacement territory. Never a hard sell either way.
Does the 15% repair discount have fine print?
It applies to repair labor and parts on the equipment we maintain — that's it. No category exclusions, no "premium parts" loopholes.
When are the visits scheduled?
Spring tune-up runs roughly March–May before the first hot stretch, fall tune-up runs September–November before the first cold snap. We call you to schedule — you don't have to remember.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No long-term contracts. We earn the renewal each year by doing the work right.
